Bishop Wainaina Mixed High School was established in the year 2019 by Elder Mary Gachoki Wainaina in loving memory of her Late Husband Bishop Charles Wainaina. It is formed and upholds Christian Values with high esteem, for example the school logo is embodied with a cross, students say grace before partaking any meal and there is a prayer which is compulsory for all Students. The school Anthem which is sang in some Occasions such as speech day, celebrations of K.C.S.E results or closing parade of the term. The Anthem is a rendition of the Vision and Future of the school.
